Here at Better Choice Home Loans our business is growing fast, and we are looking for a mortgage advisor to join our close-knit team, based across the South Island.
We are looking for someone who is great at hunting out new business and isn’t afraid of a little hard work. This role is fully commission based, so you must be confident in your networking skills and ability to build new business. While an experienced mortgage advisor would be ideal, we are looking for potential, so training will be given to the right person.
This flexible, remote working role means you can work in the comfort of your own home or from your local cafe. It doesn’t matter where in New Zealand you are based, as the virtual nature of this job allows you to work from anywhere.
You will need the following….
Excellent communication, both to internal teams and our clients
Self-driven and efficient at managing your time
Strong networking skills
Quick thinking and the ability to solve problems on the spot
Strong accuracy and attention to detail
A high level of computer skills
A true passion for helping people achieve their financial goals
